1. Who we are

Firasa for artificial intelligence, commercial registration 234162, Marina Twin Towers, Lusail, Qatar. In this page we call ourselves "we" or "Firasa", and you "you".

We are responsible for the personal data collected through firasai.com and its free tools.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers our website, our free tools, and the forms you use to contact us. It does not cover systems we build for clients inside their own environments — in those projects the client controls their users' data, and we act under the agreement signed with them.

3. Information you give us

We only collect what you choose to send. That includes:

• Contact form: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, company name, and the message you write.
• Free tools: your name and email, optionally a WhatsApp number, your role and team size, plus the figures and answers you enter into the tool.
• Booking a call: handled through Google Calendar; we receive whatever you enter in the booking form.
• WhatsApp: if you message us, we receive your number and the content of your message.

Using the site or the tools does not require an account, and we never ask for payment details through the website.

4. Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics to measure how the site is used. It collects technical data such as browser and device type, which pages you visited and for how long, an approximate location inferred from your IP address, and the link that brought you here. We use this to understand which pages and tools are actually useful — not to identify you.

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser for this purpose. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, or install Google's official opt-out add-on; neither affects how the site or the tools work.

We also store your language, currency and theme preferences in your own browser (localStorage) so they persist between visits. Those preferences stay on your device and never reach us.

5. The AI tools and what happens to your text

Four of our tools — Operations Scan, Build Blueprint, Idea Stress Test and Payback Forecast — are AI-powered. When you describe your business or your idea in one of them, the text you write is sent to a commercial large language model provider for one purpose only: generating your report.

• We do not use the text you submit to train AI models.
• We do not sell your inputs or share them for marketing.
• The provider processes the text under its commercial customer terms, which normally prohibit using customer content for training.

As a precaution, avoid entering trade secrets, your own customers' data, or sensitive personal information in the description fields. A general description of the business is more than enough to get an accurate result.

6. How we use your information

• Answering your enquiry and preparing an estimate or proposal.
• Generating your tool report and sending it to you.
• Following up on the request you started.
• Improving the site and the tools based on what actually gets used.
• Meeting our legal obligations in Qatar.

We do not send bulk marketing to people who use the tools. If we contact you, it is a follow-up to something you started.

7. Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the site:

• Our hosting provider: serving the website's pages.
• Google: storing contact-form and tool submissions, sending email notifications, handling call bookings, and measuring site usage.
• A commercial large language model provider: the text you enter into the AI tools, solely to generate your report.
• WhatsApp (Meta): when you choose to message us there.

We may also disclose information where the law or a competent authority requires it, or in a merger or sale of assets — in which case this policy continues to apply to your data until you are told otherwise.

8. Where your data is stored

The providers above operate servers in various countries, which means your data may be processed or stored outside Qatar. We choose established providers that commit to internationally recognised data-protection standards.

9. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for: answering your request, delivering a project if we work together, and meeting any legal or accounting obligation. Once it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

10. Data security

The whole site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to lead data is limited to a small number of business accounts protected by two-factor authentication.

That said, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your rights and how to use them

Under Qatar's Personal Data Privacy Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016) and other applicable law, you may request:

• Access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction of anything inaccurate or incomplete.
• Deletion of your data, unless we are legally required to keep it.
• Objection to a particular use, or withdrawal of your consent.
• A copy of your data in a portable format.

Send your request to privacy@firasai.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your identity first, to protect your data from illegitimate requests.

12. Children's privacy

Our site and services are aimed at adult business owners, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we delete it promptly. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has sent us their data, please write to privacy@firasai.com.

13. Third-party links

The site links to places we don't operate, such as our social media profiles and our call-booking page. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we recommend reading their policies.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy whenever our practices or the tools we use change. The last-updated date at the top of the page will always reflect that. If a change materially affects how we use your data, we will make reasonable efforts to notify people who have contacted us before.
